Color variants or closely related styles can be reviewed, but buyers should not assume several designs automatically share one MOQ.

Use materials that fit the miniature scale
Very long pile, bulky accessories or heavy layered clothing can hide the shape of a small plush item. Review short-pile or smooth fabrics, embroidery and simplified sewn details when the design needs a clean outline. The physical sample is the correct place to confirm handfeel and color.
Approve the attachment as part of the sample
Do not approve the plush body and add hardware later. Confirm the fabric loop, stitching, ring or clasp, opening direction and finished hanging balance on the complete sample. Packaging should also be tested to ensure the hardware does not damage the plush or printed card.
Packaging can have a different minimum
Standard hangtags and bags may be easier to plan than custom printed boxes or complex display cards. Ask whether the packaging supplier has its own setup requirement, plate charge or material requirement before committing to a first-order quantity.
