R&D & Sample Development
Our R&D team reviews references, proportions, expressions and construction details before a sample moves into production planning.
These photos show our actual plush toy factory operations in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Follow the project route from artwork review and sample development through embroidery, sewing, stuffing, finishing, quality checks, packing and warehouse preparation.

Each area supports a specific part of custom plush development. The purpose of this page is to show the production route and quality checkpoints behind a bulk order—not to repeat the commercial information on our manufacturer page.

Our R&D team reviews references, proportions, expressions and construction details before a sample moves into production planning.

Design and sales teams organize buyer requirements, artwork notes, size targets, branding details and revision feedback for factory execution.

Embroidery is prepared for facial features, logos and decorative details, with thread colors and placement checked against the approved sample.

Cut components are sewn and assembled according to the approved pattern, with attention to seam strength, shape and alignment.

Bulk production is organized by process so components can move through assembly, finishing and in-line checking in a controlled sequence.

Stuffing volume and distribution are adjusted to maintain the intended shape, softness and appearance before closing.

Manual finishing supports detail correction, accessory placement, thread trimming and appearance checks that require hands-on work.

Finished plush items are checked, organized and packed according to the agreed polybag, label, hangtag or retail packaging plan.

Packed cartons are organized for shipment preparation, quantity confirmation and export communication with the buyer or forwarder.

The showroom supports product selection, sample discussion and assortment planning for visiting buyers and project teams.

The sales team coordinates design files, quotation details, sampling updates, packaging confirmation and shipment communication.
Quality control starts with the approved sample. Final checkpoints depend on the selected design, materials, accessories, packaging and destination market.
