Design Department
Design and sales teams organize buyer requirements, artwork notes, size targets, branding details and revision feedback for factory execution.

Embroidery
Embroidery is prepared for facial features, logos and decorative details, with thread colors and placement checked against the approved sample.

Sewing
Cut components are sewn and assembled according to the approved pattern, with attention to seam strength, shape and alignment.

We start with the sample and specifications you approve, then review materials, construction, finishing and packing against them. Your design, intended users and destination market determine the additional checks to agree before production.

01 · Sample & specification
Review proportions, facial expression, finished dimensions and accessory placement on the physical sample. Confirm the approved version and any revisions before releasing the bulk run.
02 · Materials & decoration
Check fabric, filling, thread colors and decoration against the agreed references. Confirm embroidery size and placement so the character details carry through to production.
03 · Sewing & assembly
Review panel alignment, seam placement and accessory attachment against the approved construction. The pattern and sample guide how the flat components become the plush shape.
04 · Stuffing & finishing
Compare fullness, balance and silhouette with the sample. Review seam closure, loose threads and visible finish before the product is prepared for packing.
05 · Finished goods & packing
Review appearance, quantity, labels, hangtags and packaging against the order requirements. Confirm carton quantities and marks for shipment preparation.
06 · Product-specific checks
Agree any needle-control, metal-detection, laboratory testing or buyer inspection requirements before production. The plan depends on construction, intended age group and destination market; confirm the required evidence for your order.
