Toy Gift Supply is a bulk custom plush manufacturer for established brands, retailers, licensed programs and funded merchandise projects. Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per design.
- Required before quotation or sampling: front, side and back views with finished dimensions.
- A single AI-generated image may show the concept, but it is not a production-ready drawing.
- Buyers must own the original character or have authorization to manufacture it.
Korean brand projects are easier to quote when the character, sales channel, packaging copy and launch date are planned together.
What should a Korean buyer send first?
Send the character artwork, intended product format, target size, quantity per design, target customer, packaging direction and required arrival date. The sample should confirm facial expression, silhouette, embroidery, fabric hand feel, accessory attachment and Korean or bilingual packaging layout before bulk production.
Choose the project format before developing the sample
| Project route | Typical use | Early decision |
|---|---|---|
| Brand or venue mascot plush | Company characters, exhibitions, schools and destination merchandise | Front, back and side artwork plus the most recognizable character features |
| Mini plush keychain | Bag charms, character goods, pop-up stores and gift add-ons | Finished size, hardware, hanging balance and miniature-detail limits |
| Café or event merchandise | Limited campaigns, collaborations and seasonal drops | Launch deadline, packaging, display method and quantity per style |
| Private-label gift collection | Retail brands and online sellers building repeatable SKUs | Brand labels, hangtags, barcode space, packaging and reorder files |
Translate the brand idea into production artwork
A front image alone may not show the shape of the head, back, tail, clothing or accessories. For accurate sampling, prepare front, back and side views with finished dimensions. Mark the target height, Pantone or color references, embroidery areas, removable or fixed accessories and any details that must not be simplified.
- Character ownership or authorized use confirmed by the buyer
- Front, back and side references
- Finished size and measurement points
- Fabric, pile length and color direction
- Embroidery, printing and accessory notes
- Quantity per design and planned launch date
Plan packaging copy before the final sample
Packaging often needs more approval time than the plush itself. Confirm whether the product needs a sewn label, hangtag, retail card, protective bag, gift box or display carton. The Korean buyer or importer should review local-language product information, warnings, responsible-party details and any market-specific requirements with an appropriate laboratory or compliance adviser before bulk production.
Approve the sample as a sellable item
Review the product under normal retail conditions: how it looks from the front, how it hangs on a bag, whether it stands or sits as intended, whether the face remains clear at the selected size, and whether labels or packaging cover important design details. Record every approved revision in one specification instead of relying on chat history alone.
| Sample checkpoint | What to record |
|---|---|
| Shape and expression | Head proportion, eye position, mouth, ears and recognizable silhouette |
| Materials | Fabric reference, color, pile length, filling level and hand feel |
| Small details | Embroidery size, print position, accessory attachment and seam finish |
| Packaging | Label position, hangtag size, barcode area, bag or box dimensions |
| Bulk reference | Approved photos, measurement sheet and final artwork version |
Work backward from the arrival date
Allow time for artwork clarification, sample production, revisions, packaging approval, bulk manufacturing, inspection and shipping. A launch tied to a pop-up, event or collaboration should not begin with an unrealistic ex-factory date. Share the required arrival date so the supplier can evaluate whether the project scope and number of designs are practical.
What Korean Buyers Should Confirm Before Ordering
Buyers sometimes search the phrase custom plush supplier Korea when they are looking for a China-based factory that can support Korean brands or gift shops. In practice, the useful questions are whether the supplier can work from the buyer's artwork, control small character details, prepare suitable packaging and coordinate the documentation required for the Korean sales channel.
